Do tight underwearpants affect my gains

I notice I have alot of shrinkage and I am wondering if wearing tight underwear can make me smaller or make me lose my gains even though I haven’t had any gains yet lol

Tight underwear are not beneficial to your flaccid. I am not sure how they would impact gains potential, but my opinion is get boxers or like many of us, go commando.

Yes, it’s important to get into the habit of going commando if you want to improve flaccid. Even if I wasn’t PE’ing, I think I’d still do this.
