Do you force the blood out of it for stretching?

When I pull I usually get red dots on the tip.

I squeeze the blood out of it first and then stretch but that leaves me with very little traction.

How do you do it without getting the red dots and at the same time get enough traction

I get the same thing with some small little dark blotches sometimes. I have also lost some sensation but hopefully, it will come back someday. What has worked for me is simply not squeezing so hard and grabbing more skin when I pull. You will not target the internals as well but I am still making gains with it.

A stretch is a slow gentle pull after you are warmed up. The red and dark patches are blood from small vessels you’re breaking because you’re grabbing and squeezing to hard. Be gentle; trying to rip it off won’t work.
