While I don’t use a spreadsheet perse, I have my own personal PE journal in which I use to keep track of current routines, stats, PI’s and so forth. It really helps when it comes to keeping track on your progress, plateau’s etc.

No, I don’t use a spreadsheet. I use my lubricated hands.

Kidding aside, I did so but found it unhelpful and abandoned it. This because I already do have regular entries in the PE database here on Thunder’s and my thread in the progress report section which is more than enough to keep track of two numbers.

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.

I don’t use a spreadsheet, but I do use a table in MS Word :P I have weekly tables which I’m gonna post on here every time I update [Monthly] which will be when I measure. So far, I definitely notice gains, but I haven’t measured yet. :o

Second Attempt:

Starting [July 19th, 2013]: BPEL: 6.00" MSEG: 4.50" BPFL: 4.00" FG: 4.00"

Goal: BPEL: 7.00" MSEG: 5.5" FL: 4.00"

Yeah I use a spreadsheet for my routine for PE and Bodybuilding, but have photos for my dick and body with my stats on and ill take new ones every month.

No.

I personally don’t see the point.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Of course. It is nice to be able to be able to look at your past measurements, routines, keep a track of your progress and doing some other funny stuff like countdowns for the next measurement date, look at your statistics with various routines and so on..

It takes time and devotion.

I use an excel file that somebody uploaded and modified it a bit. It shows me how much I gain and turns it into handy dandy charts. It can also give me an estimate of when I will hit my goals if I at minimum maintain my current rate of progress.

BTW does anybody know the formula to calculate volume in excel when given an erect girth measurement and bone-pressed length.

I saved them from a few months back. I tried one out today but I think my Jarte Table will be sufficient.

I try to write my routine for the month and how I do each exercise because I often improve and change the way I perform a PE exercise. Further more within the table for the month I write the minutes/repetitions for each exercise I do. Then keep monthly measurements, goals, gains, daily and monthly comments.

Of course I do. I log all the exercises (date, exercise, amount/duration) and measurements. I like to keep track of what I do.

I have been using one for about 5 months. I log everything from my routine, my EQ , how long I edge and my measurements. It is very useful.

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

To recap on my older post.

No I don’t use a spreadsheet. I use the PE Database here on this site to keep track of my measurements.

No, I really don’t have the time or tedious nature to keep track of that. I know my routine, update it in my log, measure every month. I like to keep it simple.
