Does clamping and cock rings cause damage to the veins

I’m thinking about incorporating clamping into my routine but I’m worried about the effect it would have on the veins, wouldn’t that much pressure on a narrow portion of a vein compared to expansion on the rest of it cause damage?

Yes, and it’s also important to use heat before I think- helps the veins deal with the blood build up better. Ask in one of the clamping threads. It should get you a better response.

I’ve some serious long clamping while watching porn (you can get into the porn and “I’m doing something good” mentality easily.), and I still have not gotten any bad veins. I’m talking over 20 min. Of erections, then drop-offs, then again, right away.

I don’t know totally, but in general, don’t worry too much about it. Just try to be cool about it.

Veins are very elastic. They can take compression and expansion without much trouble. Just don’t do anything for a long time. In my opinion a “long time” is anything more than 10 minutes. That appies to clamping (manual or with a cable clamp or other “Uli thing.”

Cock rings don’t compress like clamping does. I prefer ones made of rubber or leather because they give a little. But metal ones can be used if you get the right size. They can stay on all day as long as you don’t get hard. Once you’re erect, they should be tight enough to do the job, but not so tight that they are uncomfortable or cause your penis to turn blue or go cold. Most salespeople at sex shops know how to measure for the correct size. If you don’t want to talk to them, I know the info is on the Internet. Search for something like “correct cock ring size.”

Nothing wrong with manual squeezes solong you don’t overdo it and start light. Don’t turn up the pressure too fast or let go too fast. Your veins should be fine.

You can also apply heat during your clamping session if you like.

How about using some sort of a “rope” thing for squeezing? I tried this yesterday and it worked good. Basically you wrap it around the cock base and with the desired pressure degree tie it. Then after the desired time (20 mins for me) untie it. But I still get paranoid about veins whenever I do this shit. (I used that cause I can’t find cable clamps at all :( )
