I’ve already bought some tools, so before anyone advises against it, I’m already there, so any potential damage has been done. That said, here’s what I’m trying out.

Morning:
4 hours spent in an extender
15 minutes of jelqing
2 hours of hanging

Evening:
2 hours of hanging
15 minutes of jelqing

(with minute long kegels spread throughout the day)

That’s a pretty good clip of work outlined right there. Have you done this routine yet? Also, how many days a week are you doing/planning to perform this?

Been doing it for two days, since both items arrived. Extending actually creates fatigue in me, and jelqing and hanging afterwards keeps it going. I’m considering whether or not I want to take breaks, since I wake up completely rejuvenated the next day.

If it does. I don’t know, I slow down by a LOT on the Weekends, when the only thing I can manage is hanging and jelqing since I’m super busy those days.

That’s cool. Taking a a day off is a good thing. Something that I have not yet experimented with, that really has my curiosity, is a 1 on 1 off routine. Just balancing equally between stress and rest.

With the routine you outlined, given 5 days a week, that’s 2,210 hours of PE in a year. If you gain at a rate of 0.0005 cubic inches an hour, that equates to 1.1 CuIn / year.

Sounds good to me.
