I’ve got 120 hours hanging and I’m now at around 8 lbs or so and I’m definitely noticing my flaccid is bigger and more loose but I’m wondering if you grow your suspensory ligament does that equal erect gains? Seems like there’s not much info about this. I’m guessing your flaccid gets bigger because more inner penis is hanging out but idk if it does that when erect too.


Current: 6.875 BPEL / 7.25 BPSFL / 4.7 MEG

Goal: 7.5 BPEL / 5.5 MEG

In my experience, bib’s experience, and many others’ experiences, yes. Your inner penile shaft is anchored at the pubic ramus, so you can’t simply "pull it out" as many suggest, but the inner shaft is held to the pubic bone by the suspensory ligaments on either side of the pubic symphysis and this creates a kind of S-curve within the body. Through straightening this curve out, one can expect a longer visible penis and a lower penile exit point.

~ Here is a diagram of "standard" anatomy, notice the inner shaft being pulled close to the pubic bone and taking a slightly upward path before exiting the body. ~ Here is an anatomical illustration of where you want to get to with lengthened ligs, or even a bit past this point. In the second diagram, notice how the inner shaft exits straight out from the body and the suspensory ligaments between the inner shaft and the pubis (pubic symphysis) look much longer than in the first diagram. In both diagrams, also notice how the outside of the body slopes in towards the anus, this adds to the amount of exposed penis as the shaft exits lower and lower on the pubic region.

If you want to see a real life example of a very low exit point and very long ligs, look up a video featuring Criss Strokes, His shaft exits so low and he is so lean that you can actually see the extremely lengthened suspensory ligaments through his pubic skin when he is just standing there. Pretty good example of what we are after with the low angle stretches.

My experience is yes but with the fine print being that I can’t guarantee that my gains are actually lig gains. I believe they are and I definitely feel the stress in that area but how can I really know.

Just letting you know that most people don’t gain at 8 lbs. Don’t get impatient but looking at the amount of hours you have hanged it appears you are very patient. Just follow the NOS email that you received when you got the hanger but it is very likely the erect gains won’t come until a higher weight. Also you will usually notice BPFSL gains prior to erect gains.
Don’t forget to do a light jelqing after each hanging session.

Palpation, LOT, and exit point. Between the three I think you can get a pretty good idea. And yes, I still believe in LOT, I don’t think it is as “debunked” as people think. But you are correct, there will always be a combination of tunica and lig gains when performing low angle stretches.

Another note; it’s probably best to accompany lig stretches with some method of keeping the ligs stretched when they heal.

The basic idea is slowly lengthening the ligs with micro tears. They will naturally try to retract into a position the body is used to. Which really is not ideal for lengthening the ligs.

That said, an all day stretcher, leg straps, or regular wraps will encourage lig gains much more so than pulling on them for a while and letting them retract.


The cock thickens

I honestly do nothing for a passive or active ADS and I still gain. The only time I have lost gains is over this summertime. Once I started hanging regularly the gains came back.

I truly think the anti-turtling theory is weak at best and there are better ways to reverse any miniscule loss in gains. Like just adding another set or partial set to your session or throughout the day.

It’s still a logical theory anyone can apply if they aren’t satisfied with their pace of growth.
