Does One’s Natural Size, Have Anything To Do With Endurance?
I’m asking this because, I’ve been told, I’m going to hard, or being too aggressive with what I’m doing PE-wise, since I’ve combined Hanging and Extending for multiple hours a day, (4-8 hours, alternating between the two.)
I intuitively KNOW, that injury is a risk, especially in a pursuit such as PE, however even though I’m hanging that often and for an hour at a time, with 6lbs, my EQ hasn’t dropped, and I’ve been able to get an additional .25” within the first month and a half, and recently added another half inch to my extender, (with any luck, I’ll hit 9” by May). The thing is though, I started at a little over 8” in length, so I’m honestly not sure, if the endurance is from that, or if I’m simply being a fool. Thoughts on the matter?
Additional questions:
Is there anything you can do for scar tissue on the member? I was circumcised, and the scar tissue is IMO kind of gnarly, with three big circular scars on the front and sides.
What are some good exercises for girth, seeing as I’m starting at 5”?
