Does Pygeum Cause Hair Loss?

Does Pygeum Cause Hair Loss?

I really want to be safe with the supplements I’m taking. Does Pygeum cause hair loss? I sure hope it doesn’t.

Pygeum is mostly used in combination with Saw Palmetto to help reduce the swelling of your prostate. So it should block testosterone and elevate estrogen. So if you have a case of overgrown prostate then this will help for sure. If not, and just want to use it as a way to increase semen volume then take it cycles.

Current: BPEL - (Before 6.8' - 7') (Now 7' - 7.25')

Current: MSEG - 4.80' - 5.2'

Goal: 9x6

I don’t know if it does, but I do know topical caffeine and or peppermint oil has been more effective for hair loss than minoxidil for me.

Caffeine actually has somewhat restored my hairline, which minoxidil doesn’t seem to do at all. As long as I use caffeine regularly I get a few new hairs at my original hairline a month.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Could you please define “Cycles?”

Am I okay to take pygeum?

I’m about to turn 19 and I’ve been interested in trying to get massive amounts of precum lately. I’ve looked into Pygeum quite a bit recently, in fact, I have been taking it for the last three days.

Earlier today I stumble upon so many conflicting statements on this forum about Pygeum and how it’s a DHT blocker which is bad, lowers testosterone, causes/prevents balding, and how your age plays a factor in whether or not you should take it. I remember one person saying that “blocking DHT in young men is not good, but in 21+ it’s not bad.” Somebody else was saying that “Pygeum only gives you more precum at the cost of lowering testosterone which isn’t worth it.”

I just want somebody to clear the air on Pygeum because after I read all of this I panicked and stopped taking it. Then an hour later I realized how badly I want copious amounts of precum and that’s why I am here asking for clarification.

I heard that supplements can cause different outcomes based on the person that is taking them. As for me, I’m almost 19, a relatively skinny person, 125~130lbs, and 5’5”, I’m not very manly-looking, my chest hair has yet to grow in (and personally I don’t want it to), and I’m not interested in further developing any more pubertal hair. I don’t care about further developing my body to make it more manly-looking so if Pygeum prevents further development, then I’m fine with it and would actually be happy if it does. I just like the way I look and don’t want to appear manly.

What I am worried about is whether or not Pygeum causes stuff such as breast growth, hair loss on the head (I don’t care about hair loss on the body), and/or halting the development of testes. I know I should be asking my doctor questions if I am really concerned, and trust me I will, but I also want your guys’ opinions on it. Based on my appearance, age, weight, and other features, what do you think about me taking it? Is Pygeum itself safe in general to take? If so, should I just take the recommended amounts?

I have never heard of this, but I googled it and it comes up as true. Do you brew some strong coffee and massage it into your scalp?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
