Does Rod Type Penis Extender also deform ligaments?
Hi guys, I would like to ask if does wearing penis extender rod type (the one with extension bars) causes also deformation to the ligaments to stretch outward just like the principle of hanging/manual stretching if I will wear it downward? AFAIK, penis extender causes cell multiplication by applying tension on the shaft over time while hanging and manual stretching causes “inner penis” and ligs to deform in an outward way.
