Does Sex after PE affect gains?

A few years ago when I looked into PE, the prevailing theory was that orgasm immediately after PE is not recommended because testosterone levels drop in the penis. I guess that has changed .

Pretty sure ejaculation after sex boosts T levels.

If sex had negative effects on PE, I bet most of us wouldn’t do it.
