I doubt that will affect negatively. Body exercises and weight training improve blood circulation. Better blood circulation will lead to better erections and higher blood flow while resting.
Since I’m not an athlete or expert on this subject, won’t be able to tell for sure if there is some kind of “priority” when it comes down to blood flow, in the sense: you workout, got sored and all teared up. Would the blood act first and prioritizing your muscle instead of your penis, because the muscle is bigger and with more prominent “damage”?
About the thread subject, I believe sex won’t be affecting gains negatively. What could be happening is to end more sored than usual (sex AFTER PE).
