Does Sex after PE affect gains?

If you regularly have sex almost immediately after your PE sessions, does it negatively affect your gains? My PE routine is basic, because I’m a beginner. It consists of jelqing and manual stretching. Thanks in advance.

I got all my gains so far from jelqs and stretches and I usually have sex after PE more times than not and it didn’t seem to affect anything. If anything, I feel like I’ve gotten really good results so far.

Took roughly 2 months to get them with basic stretching (sometimes) and jelqing. I only ever did it in the shower and I did low reps. 3 sets of 10-15 jelqs using hard squeezes and always used a lot of heat to start and finish. I would usually get red spots more often then not, but luckily my GF didn’t notice or she didn’t care lol.

I should mention due to work I stopped for about 3-4 weeks and I lost most of my length gains! However, after getting back on the same simple routine, I’ve gotten almost all of them back and I’m at 6.7 and hoping to reach 7 within the next 2 months.

Sex is actually good for your penis when in PE.

The only issue you might have is low EQ, if you are having it post PE, cause the penis might be tired.

Other than that it is perfectly safe and doesn’t affect gains.

I’ve incorporated PE into sex and I haven’t noticed anything but positive results.

I doubt that will affect negatively. Body exercises and weight training improve blood circulation. Better blood circulation will lead to better erections and higher blood flow while resting.

Since I’m not an athlete or expert on this subject, won’t be able to tell for sure if there is some kind of “priority” when it comes down to blood flow, in the sense: you workout, got sored and all teared up. Would the blood act first and prioritizing your muscle instead of your penis, because the muscle is bigger and with more prominent “damage”?

About the thread subject, I believe sex won’t be affecting gains negatively. What could be happening is to end more sored than usual (sex AFTER PE).

Yeah I agree that you will have more blood circulation and also much better EQ also more stamina during sex. But I still wondering about PE gains with bodybuilding included ..

Also I agree with some post that I read that vitamins and minerals (which have zinc in it ) helps growing new cells and better recovery. Also not sure if protein powder is too “necessary for gains “

On top of the theory for better EQ and blood circulation, I feel like the BB diet will be better for growth and repair as well. I’ve made a post before regarding it on PE Gym, but didn’t get much attention.

I think it’s irrelevant or beneficial.
