Does sleeping late affect growing

Does sleeping late affect growing

As the question..

Because the normal time I sleep at night is about 3am.thats not really healthy, I know.so it that affect?

No it shouldn’t. How many hours do you get of sleep? According to a bodybuilding magazine, you release growth hormones (for muscle growth, and this can mean for penis as well, since tissue is broken down and is being rebuilt) within first 4 hours of sleep. So it doens’t matter when you got to sleep really, but how many hours of sleep you get. Make sure to eat healthy, and supplement. Workout too if you can. Lifting weights will elevate your testosterone levels, especially compound exercises like the squat, deadlift and bench press. Get about 1 gram of protein per your bodyweight, about 2 grams of carbs of your bodyweight( good carbs), and 20% of healthy fats of your diet. And ofcourse work out your dick and you’re set.

Yes, It is.

Human Body Needs atleast 6 Hours of UNINTERRUPTED Quality Sleep/Every Day.

During that period body Undergoes Many Phases/changes.

Sounds like you haven’t been getting much sleep lately. That, or you’re drunk :)

Waking up early is not unhealthy. Where did you get that idea? Normal sleep time ranges from 5 hours to eight hours. I fall into the lower range. I can’t remember the last time I slept longer than 6 hours though. How many hours do you sleep a night? That is what counts, not what time you wake up.

When you get enough sleep it shouldn’t matter how late you sleep, as long as you get enough rest.

My testosterone levels have decreased. My penis used to be bigger.then it got a tidbit smaller. My facial hair takes a real long time to grow back in when I shave it. Is there something wrong with me? Am I turning into a woman? What can I do to increase my testosterone besides exercise because I broke my wrist a while ago and it hurts whenever it put any kind of pressure on it

What about the circadian rhythm or whatever it’s called? For instance, I always get 8 hours of sleep. But I find that I feel much better if those 8 hours are between midnight and 8am, than if it’s from 4am to noon. This is even when I’ve been sleeping constantly 4am-noon for weeks on end, i still don’t feel good. I think that it’s important to get the 8 hours, but your body’s circadian rhythm is also determined by the sun, so where those 8 hours are placed, relative to the sun’s cycle, is also important, I believe. This is something that I’m very interested in so if there are any sleep experts in the house, please chime in!

Ask your girlfriend to PE for you.

I also wonder if the POSITION that you sleep is important.

Why?

Erections important for growth (IMO). Erections bring fresh blood to the penis and allow for the healing (and growing) process to happen. If you sleep on your stomach, instead of your side or your back, you can hinder the amount of full erections that you get. Thus, it COULD hinder gains.

But, what do I know. I’m just throwing out some logic here.

I haven’t gained anything, so don’t listen to me.

The aim of life is self-development. To realize one's nature perfectly - that is what each of us is here for.

I can’t provide a link or anything referring any studies, but I’ve heard that the hours of sleep before midnight are the most important.

It only matters relative, not the actual time on the clock, I never go to sleep before 4 a.m., but if you go to sleep at 4 a couple of days and at 11 the rest of the week that is bad for you

Not necessarily, this will mean that every business man who travels through timezones daily, is really tired. Of course this is isn’t the case but I agree that it will help you to have any steady schedule will make you more fit. If this is your 8 hours of sleep between midnight and 8am or 4am till noon, that doesn’t matter.
