Does stretching decrease girth?

Does stretching decrease girth?

Just seems like it would. What do you pair with your method to maintain or increase girth?

And just one more question, has anyone gotten 2”+ from the methods here? I just wonder if the difference in erection size are due to different states of arousal + different states of health.

I heard stretching can increase base girth, but not much.

You can combne it with clamping or jelq.

I did mainly manual stretching and never lost girth in absolute numbers.
But in the beginning I only gained length so my unit seems to be thinner,
although it was only the chanched size relations.

Later on when length gains stalled I got girth gains from stretching
simply because the unit couldn’t grow length wise anymore.


started around 15cm BPEL/BPFSL in 2021

now: around 8/6

target: grow in all directions

Goal- 8”x5.5”

Stretching increases due to the proportional increase of your size. Your length does not increase by taking away your girth.

This is also shown by studies of extenders and some folks over at reddit report to get a +0.25” girth increase for every 1” increase in BPEL.

I also gained both from my extender (plus jelqing).


2022: BPEL: 7.08" x MSEG: 5.00"/18.0cm x 12.7cm.

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Extender: 1.3k hours (13/10/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

All the way. More so at base.

Nope.
Girth is what I was given by nature, so I was very careful to chart when I began. I was going to quit if there was any sign of girth loss…

Nothing but gains, both length and girth.

Thanks! I’ve been doing more stretching than I used to lately and have been wondering if it’s negatively affecting girth gains.
