Pumping is a very rewarding but addicting habit as most of it’s results are temporary. For my experience, the best routine is 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes jelq every 8 hours. I do it befor breakfast, after lunch and before sleeping, it is a reasonable bathroom time. To whom asks you what are you doing in the bathroom, you answer, I like to read and relax alone when I take a nice shit! It works..
After time, you fill the tube more and more rapidly. Jelqing afterwards keeps your erections strong and helps cement gains in the very long run.
Best results are in girth, but lenght is also fairly affected.
The shape of the tube makes the shape of your penis, high pressure is wrong, useless and causes swelling and makes you penis red and sore.
If you get an eight by six tube you may use it for life.
You do not need a pump, you can suck with your mouth to create the necessary vacuum
Discomfort is wrong.
Do it with warm water: suck air out until discomfort starts and release the pressure in warm water and warm water gets in the tube.
When the tube is filled with warm water the pressure is distributed along the whole penis which gets bigger in front of your eyes.
When the water cools, change water
A neutral soap is an optimal seal and your penis will smell very nice.
Do not jelq with soap! Rather dry jelq.
I am into weights now and I think they work better, but they take more time and privacy
