My pumping routine:
First pump was 04-05-2004. In general I’ve stuck to a routine of 5 hg for 20 minutes. I’ve tried other methods, pumping for 25 minutes, cycling pressure, condom pumping, but I’ve liked the 20 minutes at 5 hg because it’s easy and I can do something for 20 minutes while I pump. My results:
I’ve gained more nocturnal erections and erection strength and my penis appears to be more vascular. However I have not realized a significant size increase. Am I just looking for gains too soon or is there another routine that would be more ideal? I’ve tried doing jelqing for 5 minutes after pumping but in general it seems as though this is when I injure myself or bring out blisters. Is it essential for me to be doing these manual exercises? What about pumping 10 minutes x 3? Is there a better routine than mine? I’m sure there is I just don’t know for sure which is best. I’ve experimented with many things as you can see but it’s hard to tell which is working best when I haven’t experienced gains yet.

I appreciate any comments or suggestions :)

Try looking for the pumping 101 thread in here and follow that routine. I’m not sure what kind of time you have but it is a very detailed routine and it works. Only been pumping for 3 weeks but I can tell that my length has increased b/c of the black mark I put on the outside of the tube when I initially started. The black mark represents where the tip of my head was in the tube erect after the 1st 10 mins of pumping on my 1st session. After 3 short weeks of following that routine I can see that when I put my erect cock in the tube just before getting a good seal I’m around .25” longer than where the black mark is. I still consider myself a newbie here(1.5 months of PE)I try to stick the newbie routine as far as the stretching and jelqing goes. I have found a great routine that I like to do everyday. This is my routine and it’s very basic b/c I’m a newbie but you may try it if you would like.

1st session in the AM

5 min warm up
15 min stretch down, up,straight out,left, right, V-stretch, A-stretch(45 sec holds
250 wet jelqs in the shower
5 min stretch under the hot water down, up, straight out, left, right(1 min holds)

2 session PM

5 min warm up
10 min stretch mainly left,right,and straight-out
10 min pump @ 5hg
10 light dry jelq(more like a light massage)
5 min warm up
Then wrap for 30 mins to keep pumped length.

It’s always nice to keep it simple and don’t over do it. As you progress into it then you can increase you pump session as the routine in Pumping 101 says too. Remember to stay focused and don’t over do it.

It’s way early for you to see a whole lot of size change but you are on the mark with better erections and more nocturnal ones.

Try shorter sessions, mini-multiples, like 6 minutes or so each and three or four of them. Do a comfortable jelk routine between each.

Maybe you are trying to offset PE Boredom by doing one long session while you multi-task at other things? Get your head into this. Visualization and concentration count, too.

I’m sure that routine is very effective but unfortunately because I work and go to school I don’t have time to play with my penis all day long right now :) I’d be willing to dedicate an hour a day to it though.

Are you staying hard throughout your session while in the tube?

Makes a huge difference in results and workout quality in my opinion by maintaining important internal pressure to go with the external forces and for getting fresh blood. I find that shorter sessions (10 minutes) are more productive to staying hard, with some internal stimulation (milking the tube) and external (porn) helpful aids.

Hehe the teacher sees right through his student. I admit I am guilty of this. I do try to kegel often, and before I would cycle pressure up and down during the session. Would continuing with the 20 minute sessions but adding in jelqing after be a good routine? or does dividing it into 3-4 sessions really help a lot?

I don’t believe I am. I leave the tube very pumped, but not completeley hard. I’ve tried watching porn and milking the tube but I find it difficult to tell whether or not I am really hard or if I am just pumped.

My guess here is that its too early to see gains but give it some more time. Alternatively, you may try increasing the work load to 2 x 30 min ( morning and evening workout) and don’t use a gauge but simply monitor by feel ( mild discomfort but not outright pain) and then have REST! days in between these workouts.

Take Arginine and Zinc as your supplements.

So. How long are you spending at PE right now, beginning to end of session?

I’d wager that you could get in 4 six minute pumps (there’s 24 min.) and 4 jelk routines at 100 jelks each (two to three minutes each routine there = 12 min.) in less than an hour, _including_ a couple minutes for warm up and stretch.

Never mind you have to toss your pump/tube into your bag to get off to work or school. Wash it out later.

Keep the faith, Mach.

It’s hard to maintain the wood through out a set and you can’t expect to everytime. I can tell usually when I kegel. If I have good wood, the kegel feels differently versus a fully pumped pump. I can also tell sometimes by pushing down on the cylinder. If I have decent wood, I’ll get more resistance.

I multi-task too sometimes, but generally I get a better routine when I focus on the primary task at hand, which I think is easier to do also when you are doing 10 minutes or less sets.
