Does the Bed Fowfer ever lose its effectiveness?

The reason I ask is that when I do a bed fowfer, I feel no stretch whatsoever. The first few weeks felt great, and I woke up with great flaccid gains. Yet, now when I do it, I have no nice flaccid gains in the morning, and I feel nothing in the stretch itself. I tried repositioning closer to my knees, but that seemed to cut off circulation and was too problematic to continue doing it. I’m maybe 7 inches FSL at the most, so I’m certainly not too big for bed fowfers. Has anyone else experienced this?

How are you doing your Bed Fowfers? Where, specifically, do you have your penis positioned? You mentioned repositioning closer to your knees; were you stretching straight down?

I Bed Fowfer by stretching my penis straight back toward my back, rolling onto my side as I position myself, then roll back onto my back, and I get a good stretch. My scrotum is pulled to one side when I do this.

And when you can stretch straight down long enough to reach BETWEEN your knees, you’re probably long enough. :)

I have never gotten anything from fowfers but a lot of people have. Also PE follows the rule of diminished returns that’s why changing up ones routine is a good thing.

I start on my side, pull straight back and up and hold in a BTC stretch for a few minutes, then slowly release. The BTC Stretch feels great, but once I release it to let my legs do the work I feel nothing. :(

When I repositioned I was pointing my penis straight down my legs towards my knees. Stretched it to a point where I felt it, and just closed my legs. It held for a little while, but I woke up in the middle of the night with an aching dick. It was painful enough that I considered that type of stretching to be a bad idea.

Yeah, Dino, I know you’re supposed to ramp up the intensity or change the routine every once in a while, but I thought ADS were always good?

I think I understand what you are telling me. No, I don’t get the same stretch from Bed Fowfers as from regular Fowfers performed while sitting. For me, Bed Fowfers just hold the penis stretched out (although not under much tension). I try to do some kind of PE just before bedtime, and I figure that the Bed Fowfers help maintain whatever stretch/extension I have going after the exercise.

Dino’s point is also a good one. Try not doing Bed Fowfers for a while, and go back to them later. I know that if I take a break from stretching, and then go back to it, I am more ‘tender’ or slightly sore on resuming. You may feel the stretch from Bed Fowfers more after taking a short break from them.
