And when you can stretch straight down long enough to reach BETWEEN your knees, you’re probably long enough. :)
I start on my side, pull straight back and up and hold in a BTC stretch for a few minutes, then slowly release. The BTC Stretch feels great, but once I release it to let my legs do the work I feel nothing. :(
When I repositioned I was pointing my penis straight down my legs towards my knees. Stretched it to a point where I felt it, and just closed my legs. It held for a little while, but I woke up in the middle of the night with an aching dick. It was painful enough that I considered that type of stretching to be a bad idea.
