So obviously I’m here to make the fella grow in size and better overall penis health to make the wife pleased as possible. I’ve been noticing that the corpa spongiosum doesn’t really fill with blood when I get an erection. My erections have been pretty weak lately I’m sure it’s due to pumping alot with the bathmate. But I’ve never really noticed if it hasn’t or has been really full in the past. But when you see guys in porn theirs is usually full as hell or noticeable. I’d like to attain this penile feature. So is this an ED trait or is it just my anatomy itself and mine isn’t that big

I think you know the answer. Stop all PE activity until your EQ improves. Then when you restart PE do so at a lower activity level. If you do not have a vac pressure gauge on your bathmate you need to get one.

Unusually go 5-6 min sets for 15 or so mins in the pump 5 days so I do believe rest days are needed more but I’m aiming for girth so I was trying to stress things alittle more I do alot else some maintenance I guess you could say when I can some jelqs and ulis here and there maybe once or twice a week at most. When I use my cock rings it obviously gets fully engorged. So that’s where the ED assumption came from or that I’ve become dependent on the rings. I get morning wood. Sometimes it takes a minute to get the fella to stand at attention. So I was concerned about which could be causing it. I do self indulge and watch porn occasionally but usually only while I’m getting ready to pump other than that not so much latley. So I was kind of torn in the matter. So thats brings e back to corpus spongiosum on the under side is mine just not as large as others or does it just not engorge as it should. There are so many factors. Are you active? Physical activity plays a big part. I’m 45, and been active with porn all my life. I’m also a runner and mountain biker. I’ve also done PE pretty consistently for two and a half years. I keep fit… I wake constantly with rock hard wood. Everyone is quick to blame porn, but I think it’s just an easy excuse. Done be afraid to take a break from PE if you need it. If it really matters to you? you will return newly motivated.

That is a good point as well that I’ve thought about. Prior to marriage I used to walk everywhere , I played dek hockey 6 days a week for multiple hours. But as far as the last few years I’ve only been playing once or twice a week and I’m definitely at home more. I am still pretty active though as far as moving and staying busy. I’m a cook so my steps and amounts spent walking moving throughout the day haven’t changed. I am sure it’s about 60-40 60 being the bathmate 40 being mental and the thought process. I do think a break may be in the cards I just hate taking them I usually lose so much during my breaks granted it doesn’t take long to get back to the size but I feel like it’s counter active as far as gains you stop for awhile lose a that momentum and growth when you could be surpassing that size you want already if that makes sense
