There are so many factors. Are you active? Physical activity plays a big part. I’m 45, and been active with porn all my life. I’m also a runner and mountain biker. I’ve also done PE pretty consistently for two and a half years. I keep fit… I wake constantly with rock hard wood. Everyone is quick to blame porn, but I think it’s just an easy excuse. Done be afraid to take a break from PE if you need it. If it really matters to you? you will return newly motivated.
