I’m in a similar boat as you. I don’t look all that overweight, but I weight 210 pounds and stand at around 6 foot. BMI calculators tell me I’m close to obese in body fat percentage. That’s about 29.3 on their scales.
I have gained around 0.4” in the last couple of months in BPEL, but my NBPEL has not increased that much. This makes me think that once I lose weight and my fat pad decreases in size, then my erect length will look greater.
My fat pad at the moment, calculated by comparing BP and NBP is around an inch thick. Of what I’ve heard, healthy men have around half that, or maybe even less.
As for ‘double the results’, I think that’s a bit ambitious, but you’re on the right track.
