Doing PE workout only when you reach positive PIs ?

Hey guys,

Is there any of you doing PE only when you have had positive PIs ?

Like when your flaccid hang is back to great, got morning wood and EQ is good as well.

That could mean a 1 on 1 off or even less.

Would that be undertraining ?

You are overthinking. Just spend some minutes every day for PE and then forget it and do something else. Just be consistent.

No. I say that if you dont have a serious negative indicator there is no need to overanalyze everything.

If your EQ suffers a lot of course you will take a day or two off. Although a little EQ drop is common and i believe thats when gains start to kick in.

A good flaccid hang is a good thing also, but again not everytime. Flaccid depends on many things and really varys a lot. When micro-tears are produced sometimes the penis reacts shortening. Thas a good thing.

The point is that you should not PE when you see a serious negative indicator. A stiff/sore penis is a sign that you have to rest.
You will avoid these negative indicators if you have at least 2 days off every week.
