Doubt after the first PE

 I am new to the forum and this is my first topic.
  First wanted to praise this forum. They are to be congratulated.
  I am new in this matter. And after a lot of research to better understand, finally I made my first PE session.
  I wonder if it is normal to feel the penis a little strange. It will be well after each session?
(My English is a little poor XD, I’am Brazilian, but I want much opinions).

What do you mean by strange? Turtled (shrunk)? Plump? Smiling? Moody?

Yeah, I make the beginner routine. It is only in the act of feeling. Feel it strange. XD

Here is the problem with your question. You didn’t tell us what you did other than PE. Did you jelq? How long did you do it for? How much force did you use? Was it the Newbie Routine? Did you warm up before your exercise?

If you do any exercise for the first time, your body is bound to tell you that something out of the ordinary has just happened. That is probably what you feel.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yes, the Newbie Routine. But it is not that exaggerated thing, I did everything right, it was about 10 min early. I also think it’s due to the first time, but in this case, over time becomes natural, right?

What it sounds like to me sounds pretty normal, your penis feels a little strange to you and you are asking if this is natural and to answer your question, yes this is natural and it will become a feeling you will get accustom to. Now remember if you have any pains while doing the newbie routine, you are pushing too hard and you need to stop. The purpose of the newbie routine is to get you use to pulling and tugging on your penis in ways you never done before besides masturbation and to get familiar with it like you never done before. Think of it this way, the first time you had sex and you over it and your penis became really sore, same concept. I hope you understand these analogies and the best of luck with your PE career. :-)

Just follow the newbie routine and be very patient, work on technique during your PE sessions, pay very close attention to how everything feels and you will be on your way. Right now you are learning the basics, it’s like your crawling like a baby, then you begin to take your first steps, then you start walking and then finally running. Embrace the moment and good luck. :-)
