How is the dry jelq done? same as normal jelqs without lube or what?

Basically, yes. You have to have rather loose skin to do it. I use the two handed method compressing each side of my penis between thumb and fingers at the base and moving toward the head. Others use the standard “OK” grip. This method is especially easy for men with an intact foreskin (if it’s retractable).

So, do I start with the foreskin rolled back, or is it ok to do with it covering the head?
