Early Lengthers and Early Girthers
The first time I PE’d was years ago, I did it here and there for like a month or two and gained 1/2” in LENGTH. It went away after many years of not PEing. I started back 3 months ago on and off. This time I’m really dedicated and gained 5/8” Girth and around 1/8” in length. I’m trying to focus more on length now that I know how to get the girth. Also noticed that there are members on this forum who are EARLY LENGTH GAINERS and EARLY GIRTH GAINERS.
What are your routines?
Are you an early gainer in LENGTH or GIRTH?
I’ll start:
- EARLY GIRTH
- 5 min hot wrap
- 5-10 min stretching (regular and V-stretch)
- 300 jelqs at at least 80%
- End with 50 ULI’s
