Edging AND stretching/jelqing routine

Ok, I need someone to help critique this idea with/for me. So edging/ballooning isn’t really PE, but it yields crazy results right? What if someone were to edge on their off days for say 30 minutes each time, and then resume they’re normal regimen (stretching, jelqing, ulis etc) during their on days, possibly even edging on them. Some questions I’d have about this would be:
Would this help growth?
Would edging the same day as regular regimen be dangerous?
If not, would edging before or after jelqing be smarter/better?
Is 30 minutes too little?

Any help is appreciated, I know personally that I tried edging for the first time in the past two days, and about 20 minutes in I was about 1/8” larger each way than my normal measurements. I think this could be a great technique for quickly cementing and keeping edging gains, but naturally I could be miles off the mark.

Edging is not dangerous period. Dont forget that in edging you dont blow your load so it can be done anytime. Do it for as long as you can or as long as time permits you.

This is pretty much what I do. Balloon one day a few hours later do my jelqing routine. Ballooning works when you don’t cum. It has been 4 days since I ejaculated. When you do not cum this is when you get gains from it. I think! But at the least it feels great and it is great for over all penis health.

Actually you may have to build up to not cumming, but the dry orgasms out weigh the wet ones in intensity. Save your cum for sex. The people who balloon cum during sex from what I understand. It just takes them longer to get around to it. You see ballooning develops stamina and lasting power great for the prevention of premature ejaculation.

Hmm..ok. So should I be doing it on off days because thats more manageable for me? And how long for? Any advice is appreciated. I’m assuming dry orgasms will occur when I’m able to kegel and hold off ejaculation completely. Until then I’ll just have to stop and then start again I suppose?

Well…while one of you is thinking up a response to my last question. So far it’s going well, mind you these are skewed results. Today’s my second on day, and my BPEL is already up to 7 1/8” (up 1/8”) since last time I measured, I believe a week ago when it was just ever so slightly above 7”. Girth is…hard to gain, we all know that. Hopefully ballooning for longer will yield more results. I’m going to measure again on saturday, my last off day before I start again on Sunday, I’ll post back here then about my measurements, any info on what I asked before would be helpful though.

Surprise yourself only measure once a month.

Balloon/edge as much as possible. That is the best advice I can give and I am a ballooning vet. Also if you are uncut you will see better results, from what I understand, because there is more skin to fill up with shaft.

Ok Guys, I’m back and here’s what’s happened in the past two weeks or so, I know I was gonna report back the 10th but some stuff came up for that weekend.

My routine was a bit sketchy. I aimed to do 2 days edging (30-40 minutes, no cumming), followed by 2 days of my regular routine (~17 min stretching, and ~250 jelqs with 5 sets of 5 ulis. Although I increased the number of jelqs I was doing from 200-250 during this time). However, things kept coming up, and I only managed to do that cycle once or about 1 and a half times (4-6 days from what I remember). This past while it seemed more like 1 day edging, 1 day routine, 1 day off, 1 day routine, 1 day off, 1 day edging (yesterday), and now I’ll be doing routine today as well. It was kind of sketchy, like I said.

Starting stats:

BPEL: 7”
NPBEL: 5 3/4”
EG: 5.125” (I know my stats said 1/4, but I believe I lost some girth in the past few months, and 1/8” seemed to be what I measured right before I started this routine)

Yesterday’s stats:

BPEL: 7.25”
NBPEL: 6ish ” (the skin at my base is a bit stretched outwards, so it’s hard for me to get an accurate measurement here)
EG: 5.25”

Gains:
BPEL: 0.25”
EG: .125”

So from what I experienced it seems to work quite effectively, unless of course this was one of those “quantum leap” events I’ve heard about. I’m gonna keep this up for the next few weeks as much as I can (or life allows) and try to chronicle my routine a bit better. Hopefully I’ll have new pics up soon too. If anyone else wants to try this type of routine out it could be useful to see if this is a fluke or not, even though I am going to keep doing this to see if these type of results continue. Anyways, I’m gonna keep at it, comments/opinions are welcome!

*Edit* Oh yeah, and if anyone tries this don’t forget to take a few days off every once in a while to let your penis recouperate

How horrible is it to cum while you are attempting to edge. I tried doing it today, and blew it about the 4th time I edged. Do I de-gain or does it simply just not do anything?

I think edging ( with cum off or not ) is one of the best PE exercise, and it helps cementing gains.

I think a good edging session lasts minimum 1 hour.

An idea.
1.day edging
2.day lenght in the afternoon, girth at night
3.day lenght OR girth depending on your goal

Then 1-2 day rest and repeat.
