Maximum newbie routine

So I’ve slowly built myself up to 9 minutes of stretching, and 275 strokes ( around 25 min) of jelqing. What is the maximum time of stretching/jelqing I should be aiming for as a newbie? I’m guessing 15 min of stretching, around 35-40 min of jelqing? Does that sound to much for a newbie? Of course it will be a slow build up. Also once I reach those goals I should maintain and not do any more/less to solidify the gains right?

About that. For a newbie I wouldnt go over 50 minutes with a workout. When you reach your goal you can either maintain it or continue growing while setting new goals. You know your dick. Don’t overdo it.

50 minutes of jelqing or 50 minutes total? I’m already at 44 min (5 hot towel, 9 stretching, 25 jelq, and 5 hot towel again).thats without the kegels at the end which usually take a good 8 min I think
