Maximum newbie routine
So I’ve slowly built myself up to 9 minutes of stretching, and 275 strokes ( around 25 min) of jelqing. What is the maximum time of stretching/jelqing I should be aiming for as a newbie? I’m guessing 15 min of stretching, around 35-40 min of jelqing? Does that sound to much for a newbie? Of course it will be a slow build up. Also once I reach those goals I should maintain and not do any more/less to solidify the gains right?
