My newbie routine + 1st yr routine
I have done quite a bit of reading on this website and here is the summation of my knowledge.
I will do a modified newbie routine for 3 months:
Warm up and warm down with hot water and hot water wraps for 5 minutes — this is for entire 12 months
1st week : M, W, F 3 mins stretching (30 seconds X 12 stretches — SU, SUR, SUL, SO, SOR, SOL, SD, SDR, SDL, BTC, BTCR, BTCL)
T, TH 5 min jelq
Each week I will increase the time I hold each stretch by 10 seconds and increase jelq by 30 seconds.
Month 4 — 1 month decon break.
Months 5-7
Inverted V stretches and A stretches MWF X 20 minutes
Jelq 10 minutes Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
Months 8-9 Decon break
Months 10-12
Hanging with Vacuhanger M, T, W, TH, F
Start with 2 lbs with only 1 session of 90 minutes and add 0.5 pounds every 2 weeks
Jelqing T, TH 15 minutes
Months 13-15 Decon break
Projected gains after 1st year
1.25-1.33 inches in length
0.33-0.5 inches in girth
Does this sound like a decent plan?
Of course if I am gaining super fast I will not change up the routine until gains stall.
