Yeah, edging is real! I haven’t ejaculated for almost 2 months now and occasionally edge (maybe like 3-4 times a week) and went from 4.5 to 4.75 inches in girth but length is still the same though :( (4.3 inches). I was on NoFap but got desperate then realize it looked kinda thicker so use ruler and found out it did get thicker. Plus haven’t even started on any real PE exercises but I am planning to do a pump next month once I pay off my bills, wish me luck!
Very nice! The girth results that you are seeing from this technique do fit the results you should see from edging and it really works. Adding a pumping routine to your daily activity will really get you where you want to be. Remember though, it is good to release at some points in time as there can be negative effects in the long run to how intense your orgasm can be. It can effect how strong or weak you orgasm feels and extended edging periods can actually make your next release weaker then normal. Something to keep in mind.
