So I’m wondering who has any knowledge or opinions on this technique called “edging”? I have read that maybe it can help with Penis Enlargement. I believe that the main purpose is to strengthen your orgasm, but I can also see how it could potentially have PE benefits due to the blood flow that this would cause to come to an orgasm more then once, but stop before going through with it. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Post PE workout edging is the rule, not the exception. How do you not know this? Twenty minutes of edging is an unofficial but largely agreed upon,post workout “warm-down” .

This is a general questions to get a conversation started. So with you posting this comment about using the edging techniques Post PE workout is great information for guys who might have not known this. Great response by the way! Thanks for the input!

Edging after a workout is said to help cement gains. Plus, like Titleist has stated, if you can’t get a full erection after a workout, you’ve done too much so it’s also a helpful tool in that way.

Very True. Blood flow is so important on its own as a penis enlargement contributor! So maybe you would think that doing this exercise before you do a Hanging/Pumping session might help with any possible soreness or fatigue in your Penis after your session? Although in any reasonable routine you would not want to necessarily reach this point.

Full erections over time are healthy for the penis in my belief. The only downside is if you have to use porn to edge.

I started using a 1” x 9” strip of the blue sports tape to wrap around the base sort of like a cock ring after my hanging sessions and edge with a very high level of erection plus hold a kegel as long as I can stand in no specific intervals as long as I do it a few times as my warm down. I do this for about 10 minutes. Is that too extreme to be a warm down?


Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)

Skip the wrap and you’re all good!

I will say that edging helps post workout, just try not to be too aggressive with it. About 5 mins of ballooning might also help. BTW if possible, once fully erected try to do some “towel raise” exercise. For me it really helps with the erection.

That is a more advanced warm-down, but I would not say that it is “too extreme”. It does seem like staying dedicated to this type of warm-down will have some very nice effects in the long-run for sure, whether to your length/girth or your sexual life! Do you use this method for every warm-down, or on certain days? Maybe switching up your technique every other day might be beneficial to you also?

Agreed, being aggressive might not let you get the full benefits of edging. Its like Pumping, hanging or any other type of PE.. It takes patients and dedication. Also, you mentioned that it helps with erection and so true! When practicing this method, during a session you can actually see your penis hold a drastically larger shape when done right, just from the blood flow alone.

Edging is very beneficial, as you are in your most expanded state at the PONR. This is why it is a post workout staple.

Yeah, edging is real! I haven’t ejaculated for almost 2 months now and occasionally edge (maybe like 3-4 times a week) and went from 4.5 to 4.75 inches in girth but length is still the same though :( (4.3 inches). I was on NoFap but got desperate then realize it looked kinda thicker so use ruler and found out it did get thicker. Plus haven’t even started on any real PE exercises but I am planning to do a pump next month once I pay off my bills, wish me luck!
