Edging for Penis Health and Gains
I used to practice edging in my 20’s and have experienced a couple of dry orgasms which making love - as has been said before it feels like a spiritual experience, particularly as you can continue making love without a break.
Now I am doing it because I tend to over do PE exercise which costs me in EQ. My idea is that edging is easier on the dick than the usual PE stuff. It is also a pleasurable way to do kegels which I otherwise find boring and possibly even painful.
I think this will get sorted out with practice but these days edging is actually causing loss of semen - even if I stop quite early and long before the PONR.
It is not necessarily a problem and in fact looking on the bright side it could be healthy by avoiding excessive build up of cum.
Not sure - especially as when I did injure myself with excessive hanging I had the not very nice experience of coming through a flaccid dick).
My question is this: do you think with continued practice and all the kegelling I am doing that my EQ will improve?
My routine is something like, though since my EQ has been variable I have not got beyond clamping. Benefits to both EL/G and FL/G when doing this - after more than 10d of rest I begin to see reversal.
