Ejaculating after PC Flexes

Hey. :)

It’s been said that ejaculating after PE sessions could be detrimental but what about after PC Flexes sessions? Would it be detrimental there as well?

One more thing, are PC Flexes and Keagals the same thing?

I found after doing some good kegels I ejaculated further, so that would be the opposite of detrimental. But if your PC muscle is really tired I’m sure if you ejaculate it won’t go very far.
