pc flexes

Hi,

i have a question about pc flexes for the exercise do you have to use your hands flex or just your pc muscle?
can someone give me some info what i have to do i’m newbie into it.

I’m also a newbie and started myself a few weeks back. However I’ve been studying about PE for the past year or so but never started until recently. I think I can answer your question for the most part, but if not guys please jump in. They seem to be great here for help. You can just squeeze and release doing sets and holding for 10-15 seconds when beginning out. There is a section on this in the FAQ. Or, you can also add it to your stretching. For example if you are stretching your unit straight out, hold and squeeze your PC’s for a maximum stretch. I hope this helps out and good luck.
