Electric vs Hydro pumps for newbie

Hi, all. I’m considering getting a pump as I guess I’m single again at 45, but have a steady girlfriend. Anyways, I measure 7.25 length, and 6 in circumference. Not really interested in going above 8” in length, but would like bigger girth. Opinions are appreciated, and please add specific pumps if you choose between the electric or hydro pumps. Is both electric and can be used with warm water. It also allows for dynamic pumping.
