Are electrical feelings a must-have growth indicator or is it an issue for hangers when overdoing/bad wrapping? It’s mentioned in Blink2000’s Hanging Tips but it was just theorized in both ways and can’t find anywhere else about it.

I have never heard of this before, but I am not a hanger.
To me, a feeling of an electrical charge suggests a nerve is being tweaked, which is probably not a good sign.
