Elist Implant Removed One Year Ago Need PE Advice

Elist Implant Removed One Year Ago Need PE Advice

Hey guys,

So I’ve been reading the forum for about a month now but wanted to introduce myself & ask for some advice as well. Here is a little background on my situation.

On 7/24/18 I unfortunately had the Dr. Elist implant procedure done. After several months went by, I was starting to realize the procedure was a huge mistake even though Dr. Elist would reassure me that it would settle & get better over time. I began to do research (wish I had done that in the beginning) & knew I had to have it removed asap.

After meeting with several doctors, I had Dr. Solomon remove the implant on 03/28/19. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has been botched by Dr. Elist. He explained that there would be retraction from the trauma & scar tissue. He said I’d hopefully be able to get back to my original length prior to the surgery but there was a chance I would lose length. He recommended that I begin hanging using the AutoXleeve with 1lb about 6 weeks after the surgery. He said to do this for 6 hours a day 5 days a week. I unfortunately was inconsistent & did not hang as much as recommended as I was going through some personal issues.

Fast forward a year later & I’d estimate I lost around 1” from my original length pre surgery (unfortunately I never measured pre surgery). I believe my girth has increased slightly because of the scar tissue / capsule that formed from the implant.

Thankfully I found this forum about a month ago & am two weeks into my PE journey. I’ve tried to do as much research as possible & fully understand that the starting slow approach will be more beneficial in the long run. I’m doing the newbie routine below, 2 days on & 1 day off. I warm up for 5 minutes with an infrared heat lamp & do the entire routine under the lamp.

1. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
2. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
3. 50 kegels of five second holds each

I will gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over 6 weeks’ time. After 6 weeks, I will rest for a week & then start another routine.

I was wondering if you guys think I should continue hanging with 1lb with the AutoXsleeve in the meantime? Or should I stop for now? As I’ve mentioned I’ve done this for the past year to try to recover my losses from the Elist surgery. If I did continue, I would incorporate it into my routine & be much more regimented. I would also do this with the infrared heat lamp focused on my ligament.

Is there anything else you guys would recommend given my history? I’d like to get into pumping & extenders but I know I have to wait to do that. My short term goal is to get back to my original length & add girth. A longer term goal would be to exceed my original length by at least 1”. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hey M7sip!

Welcome to Thunders.

It would be helpful if you could explain what changes had to be done inside your penis in order to have the Elist Implant fitted inside your penis. In other words, did any of the internal chambers and or tunica have to be removed or altered?

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I agree with dtwarren-a bit more info would help. In the meantime find a scar reducing oil to massage into your penis.

Thank you! None of the internal chambers and / or tunica have to be removed or altered. It is a silicone implant that basically goes 270 degrees around the penis. It is secured with stitches on the shaft, right below the glans. The loss in length mainly comes from the scar tissue that is formed from the implant at the base of the ligament. I was wondering if I should continue hanging to try to stretch the scar tissue & ligament. It seems like everyone suggests hanging as a later phase once you’ve done some newbie routines for a while. My situation is obviously a little different since I had this terrible surgery so I wanted to see if anyone had any input / theories or previous experience regarding this.

Ps: It is a horrible procedure with a ton of horror stories on many forums and I would strongly advise anyone from getting this procedure.

M7sip I went through the exact same thing and now I’m forced to try and PE way back to normal. I’m a little worried about the scar tissue at the base of the ligament not stretching. Have you discovered any success thus far?

Penis extenders are recommended after penis enlargement surgeries to avoid retraction. It might help in you case, but please talk with your surgeon or urologist and don’t take my post as valid advice.
