Elist Implant Removed One Year Ago Need PE Advice
Hey guys,
So I’ve been reading the forum for about a month now but wanted to introduce myself & ask for some advice as well. Here is a little background on my situation.
On 7/24/18 I unfortunately had the Dr. Elist implant procedure done. After several months went by, I was starting to realize the procedure was a huge mistake even though Dr. Elist would reassure me that it would settle & get better over time. I began to do research (wish I had done that in the beginning) & knew I had to have it removed asap.
After meeting with several doctors, I had Dr. Solomon remove the implant on 03/28/19. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has been botched by Dr. Elist. He explained that there would be retraction from the trauma & scar tissue. He said I’d hopefully be able to get back to my original length prior to the surgery but there was a chance I would lose length. He recommended that I begin hanging using the AutoXleeve with 1lb about 6 weeks after the surgery. He said to do this for 6 hours a day 5 days a week. I unfortunately was inconsistent & did not hang as much as recommended as I was going through some personal issues.
Fast forward a year later & I’d estimate I lost around 1” from my original length pre surgery (unfortunately I never measured pre surgery). I believe my girth has increased slightly because of the scar tissue / capsule that formed from the implant.
Thankfully I found this forum about a month ago & am two weeks into my PE journey. I’ve tried to do as much research as possible & fully understand that the starting slow approach will be more beneficial in the long run. I’m doing the newbie routine below, 2 days on & 1 day off. I warm up for 5 minutes with an infrared heat lamp & do the entire routine under the lamp.
1. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
2. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
3. 50 kegels of five second holds each
I will gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over 6 weeks’ time. After 6 weeks, I will rest for a week & then start another routine.
I was wondering if you guys think I should continue hanging with 1lb with the AutoXsleeve in the meantime? Or should I stop for now? As I’ve mentioned I’ve done this for the past year to try to recover my losses from the Elist surgery. If I did continue, I would incorporate it into my routine & be much more regimented. I would also do this with the infrared heat lamp focused on my ligament.
Is there anything else you guys would recommend given my history? I’d like to get into pumping & extenders but I know I have to wait to do that. My short term goal is to get back to my original length & add girth. A longer term goal would be to exceed my original length by at least 1”. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
