Hi All,

I have been experiencing a few problems lately and thought maybe you guys would have some advice. When I’m having sex, I can easily get an erection (I would say 85% to 90% full). However, the erection quickly starts to dissipate during sex. Maybe 10 minutes or less. After a minute or two of foreplay, it comes back. Then after 10 minutes or less it is gone again. This will go one for some time. Also, it takes me forever to cum. Once my girlfriend gave me a blowjob for almost 30 minutes before I came. Same with sex. Takes multiple sessions to cum. Normally, I wouldn’t mind that kind of stamina, except I can’t stay hard for more than 10 minutes.

A little more background into what I was assuming is the issue. After my last relationship ended badly, I decided not to date for a while. Prior to the person I am seeing now, I have not had sex in at least 5 years. Masturbation only during this time. I was thinking maybe my body is overly use to my hand and that is causing the issue. Not really sure.

Either way, I’m looking for some advice to correct this issue, some exercises, supplements, Maybe its mental? Etc.

It could be lots of different things! Do you smoke? How old are you? Do you exercise? Are you stressed? Overweight? Are you overdoing it with PE? There’s so many different things that can affect your EQ!

I had 6 months of what you’re going through. I found that my masturbation habits, too much porn or death grip made me less sensitive and made me go soft! No, I don’t smoke and I’m not over weight. I do weight lifting but basically zero cardio. I have stress for sure. I’m a single parent, run my own company and have these sexual issues. Completely quit the porn my man! Just the fact that you stated how hard it is to quit it tells me that it’s definitely got an affect on your performance.

I also suggest starting a strict kegel routine, this is the hidden penis muscle. Strong pelvic floor muscles will create a strong, hard, long lasting and more sensitive dick.

I’ll bet you money, if you stopped porn completely (deal with the urges for the first few weeks or month just as if it were a drug (because it is)) as well as started a kegel routine, give it one to two months and you’d see a huge difference, and so would the woman.

I’ve never been in a vagina that can match a gorilla grip. That makes for losing sensitivity with a woman. You’ve trained yourself to only stay hard with an intense grip and porn.

What kind of Kegel routine do you recommend starting out with?

Start off with doing 30-50 strong kegels a day for the first week or two. That’s a good starting base. Then gradually work your way up to 70. Then go back down to 40 but do 3 second holds and work your numbers up. And slowly increase reps and/or intensity and holds/time under tension.

I’ve worked my way up to doing around 50-100 regular kegels a day (while I do my jelq routines) and around 20-40 strong erect kegels.

And actually just started doing 10-15 erect kegels with a hand towel on my unit for added weight.

Take your time, your PC muscles gain quickly, no need to rush. Make sure you take days off from kegeling just like you would with any muscle. You don’t want to over do it it could lead to serious issues. A stronger unit with higher EQ can also help lead to better gains because you’ll perform better during your routines. Especially for girth.

I know how you feel. I went through the same thing. It’s easy for damaging thoughts to enter into your mind and turn it into a vicious circle.

I’m on the way to recovering but it started with much more gentle masturbation. If it isn’t happening quickly, just stop. Never allow yourself to ejaculate if you aren’t fully hard as I believe it just programs your brain to create an erection that is barely good enough for entry. When my wife is really excited, her internal muscles push so hard that, if I am not completely firm, it will push me out. That’s a buzz kill for her. :^)

The other thing that you can do is get some blood flow happening down there. Do some hill sprints. 15 to 25 seconds of all out sprinting up a steep hill. If your health is not to that level, some brisk walking will definitely help.

One thing that is making a big difference for me is taking 3mg of boron twice a day. Immediately, I experienced more frequent and harder erections.
