Hey guys! Haven’t been on much lately, what with moving into university and all. For the past two weeks I havent been able to PE. At first, my EQ began to shoot up incredibly quick, but after a week or so it jumped down a lot. I masturbated today and I was only able to get to about 60% erect length. Is this normal? And I’ve been acorning a lot these days.*

Also, I’m kind of worried about premature ejaculation. It’s been about a week and a half since I last slapped the ham, and I came in about 1 minute today. Should I start edging again? That never really improved my stamina..

All in all I think I need to restart PE.. But IDK when

Wait so your EQ disappeared after a break i.e. not overtraining? Could be psychological - something taking your mojo?

Do you kegel for erection quality? Any issues regarding weight?

Yes, my EQ has vastly decreased.. It happened as soon as I got to my new university. IDK how it’d be psychological here, but.. Yeah.. Yes I kegel, and no I don’t have any weight problems. I have started to stretch a bit in the shower, and do like 25-35 dry jelqs while I shower.

In my opinion it just sounds like you might be a little bit stressed new place, new univeristy just try to take some time to get settled down and try not to stress it.

how hard do you stretch? Intense stretching can definitely cause ED.

also dont get too worried! Iv had exact same thing come up before and rest and getting back into it slowly fixed it all. Also it had alot to do with my mind. When im unhappy my penis is uninterested!

It can’t be training related if it’s after you stopped. As someone pointed out, stressful environments can cause significant loss of EQ to say nothing for now that you are obsessed with it. Do you achieve erections at night? Do you wake up with a piss hard-on in the morning? These are other indicators of whether it is physiological or psychological.

Honestly I have had 0 stress.. And I havent had piss hard ons very often in the first place. I used to, when I PE’d. I started up PE again and my EQ is going back up. I think I need to keep on it.. I do not stretch that hard, just hard enough to feel a pull on my whatever. I do a very light routine now, 3 days on one day off. Hopefully my EQ goes back to where it was.
