I am 33 years of age, and I was with my girl last night. We just started dating maybe about a week ago, and the last time I had sex was about 2 years ago.

I had sex with her yesterday but everytime I get an erection after pounding it in her for about 30 seconds to 1 minute I begin to lose it and go almost fully soft.

My question is does it take a while for the penis to get used to harder erections again after being absent for so long ?
Is there anything I can do like take supplements ? I noticed also my feet get colder than usual, perhaps that has something to do with poor circulation contributing to the penis as well?

Also another problem is images online, and I don’t do too much porn still I hear can have an effect on the real deal when its time to get down. Should I avoid masturbating and avoiding images online for a very long time ?

Sounds like you need some aerobic exercise and get your thyroid hormones checked. Low t3 can cause EQ problems with cold hands or feet

Let us know the results of your blood test, make sure when you ask for the blood test you specifically ask for a full testosterone panel as it is not included in standard blood tests.

Also check your vitamin D levels, plz. As it influences a range of dick-related subjects (such as testosterone).

Small amounts of porn, even just pictures, can make your brain react negatively to real sex with real women. I did not believe it could be such a real issue until it gave me ED and it was all 100% related to porn, my health is absolutely perfect. Turns out it was just a matter of eating healthy.

I switched my diet to a more healthier one, and it turned out to be extremely effective.

Nice. What route did you go? Anything is better than the Standard American Diet. SAD. Don’t forget sleep, that’s important as well.
