Erect Stretching

Has anyone tried erect stretching? If so does it work?

You should never stretch your erect penis, because it’s anelastic in that moment and a very bad injury is likely to happens.

Whats about a 20-30% erecetion? Is this a problem? While stretchtig it never stays really flat.
