Is it the worst thing in the world if you start going erect while stretching. I do my jelqing routine in the morning and when I’m stretching I sometimes get some blood flow going into my unit. I’m not talking about a full erection or really not even a half hard-on. However, I do have some puffiness going on. It seems to be coming from the stretching when it does happen.

I’ve read that you’re not supposed to stretch while erect , but is there a cut off point in erection levels. Like I said, I’m not working with an actual woody here just a little inflatedness.

Been discused in many threads. I have the same problem sometimes.

Option 1: Don’t associate PE with any sexual stuff. Don’t say “this is not sexual!” …say “this is medical/mechanical/fitness stuff or whatever”. Just draw your mind from anything sexual without even thinking about the word sexual and its meaning.

Option2: Jelq before you stretch. Some guys recommended that, although I’m not very sure it’s a good idea.

During my last session, I was in this situation and I edged, after that I PEd… bad idea, I turtled after and had low EQ for days.

It happens all the time with me. I just stop and let it soften up again. I always think that it is a good sign that my penis loves to get hard.
