Hi All,

I’ve run into a problem I’m wondering if anyone has seen before.

For the past few months, erections have been getting increasingly difficult to obtain. What I find is that the head of my penis doesn’t get much bloodflow. I also feel as though I’m close to orgasm, even though my erection isn’t even there yet.

My routine isn’t too strenuous. I do PEGym each day, in six blocks lasting 6 or 8 minutes each. For each block I warm up, then either do four directional stretches or do jelqs followed by A-jelqs (for girth). So basically the newbie routine with small modifications.

I used to be able to get erections easily. I’m wondering if the blood vessels in your penis get clogged by jelqing? I’ve read about atherosclerosis, and it seems to be related to cholesterol (my blood pressure is normal), but I wonder if doing jelqing over time can ‘thicken’ and restrict blood flow through the blood vessels? Has anyone heard of this, or heard of the two issues mentioned in the second paragraph?

Never heard of it but to me it sounds like you need a break for a week or two.

Perhaps take a break for now and see what happens.

NOT A DOCTOR but what I would do:

Drink a gallon of water spread throughout the entire day to increase blood flow and reduce potential blockages.

Try also a Turmeric and black pepper tea with a single serving of sugar free cream for a few days. It is known to get your blood flow active and prevent clotting and blockages.

Does your guy feel cold comparatively to your surrounding body temperature?

Is this difficulty only with a partner or always? Also are you undergoing any stress.

I have had very similar experiences that is why I ask. Best of luck mate.

Same thing here. My EQ has been declining since the second half of last year, resulting in me taking a decon break in December for a month. My glans hurts like a bitch due to me overloading my hanging routine. Since then I’ve changed my routine, so it isn’t overwhelming my penis. Recently I seem to have hit a sweet spot, where the pain is reduced to about the level of stretch I feel in the ligaments. In spite of that I have virtually no spontaneous erections, no morning wood, nothing. What’s more when I finally stimulate myself I can get to about 80% erection. If I really want to push myself I can get to 90-93% hardness but I risk going over the PONR and cumming, which honestly isn’t something I want. I’ve tried taking breaks here and there up to a week, but to no avail. I’ve tried both using as much porn as I’d like and abstaining from porn, but yet again no real difference in EQ. It’s rather strange to me. It’s not like I’m 60 and I’m stuffing my body with phytoestrogens. I’m 23 and I workout at the regularly with some supplements that are supposed to have beneficial side effects for PE. I don’t know and I’m pretty sure I don’t want to know why this is the way it is, thus I’ll just let it sort itself.

Back to my original post before you get all crazy; take a couple of weeks off. Usually a week isn’t long enough to rest and heal. If you still have issues after that let me know.

Take a few days off to two weeks with no porn or masterbaiting. If you wake with a erection you will be good to go. If not you should check back in.

I presume this is adressed towards me, so I’m going to answer. I really wished I could just drop everything and not do PE for two weeks. Although, like I said I seem to have found myself in a spot where doing PE workouts doesn’t make my glans hurt increasingly more after each workout. My decon break was a tad bit beneficial to my glans, until I started working out again a month after, when my glans started hurting again and thus made me realise I have pretty much wasted my time. I’m currently adding heat as well and it may change things who knows. I’d just like to see how this one plays out for a while, since exercising properly is supposed to increase EQ, before taking that time out. It’s May already and I’d really like to get back on track with gains.

P.S. I have just stopped porn and masturbation. I only get myself hard (or semi-hard) before I enter my pump tube.
