Erection while in extender

I bought an extender, noose type. Not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be.

I do have the same problem though as other posters: numbing in the glands. I thought id kegel a little blood through and ended up with a semi erection. Is this alright to use an extender at full extension with a hard-on/semi?

Remember numbness can be caused by lack of blood flow and pinched nerves around the glands.
