Errection Angle & Eating
I found this a difficult thread to look for and because I need specific advice I thought I would create this.
Basically when I have an errection, unless I am performing a kegal it will not stand up.
For example, if I’m sitting down it will lean to the left & cannot stand firm on it’s own. If I stand up it dips to around s 100 degree angle. What exercises can I do to correct this. I also have a noticeable bend towards the left, what could I do about this in my routine.
& Seperately to do with eating, are there any natural foods that are known to effect your errection strength/stability positively?
