How can I make my penis an upward angle?

My penis is in a downward arc angle and I read a person with a higher angle penis has a better chance of hitting certain spots in the vagina than a guy with a lower angle penis. Is there a way to change the angle? Would erect bending help?

Maybe erect bends upwards would help, I don’t know. Then again, maybe a downward curve is superior for hitting the cul-de-sac.
