How to make un-circumcised Penis bigger

Hi guys,
I have a question. My penis was not circumcised as I said in the title. I realized that when it is not erected, it is much smaller than circumcised penis.
Why am I asking this?
It gets pretty embarrassing when I go to clubs with my friends. WHen I start freaking with girls, of course they feel a smaller penis than if it were circumcised. Sometimes my skin covers the penis so much that the size scares me.
So if anyone has ANY advice of how to make a un-circumcised penis bigger while not erected?

Take your flaccid dick, stretch it out and tuck in under your ass or so you can sit on it while it’s limp. This will allow you to gain flaccid length. You may want to do a search for fowfers also.

ewcholo making an un-cut penis bigger requires the same kind of PE than making a cut one bigger.

There is no statistical difference in size between un-cutted and cutted penises, by what I know.

Other than fluid buildup making non circumcised penis’ appear fatter for a period after PE. This is not a true size increase but it does give off that impression.

What I meant is flaccid penis/not erected.
An uncircumcised penis (at least mine) is smaller when inside my pants because the skin just wraps around it and makes it small.
But when I pull the skin back until it shows all the sponge, the size(flaccid) significantly increases.
