Every Day Routine/No Rest Days

So, we know Rest is crucial to gains and fighting against plateau. I take adequate rest days even though my on/off days aren’t set in stone (some times I do 2-1, 3-2, 2-3, 3-4 and all depending upon how I feel or how lazy I am lol). But, through my search, I haven’t seen much on guys doing well with gains when doing some form of PE every day for maintenance reasons. As an example, recently I took a week off and noticed I lost half of what I gained. After 3 straight days, I’m back to my gains. On my week off, I didn’t do anything at all, except one sexual encounter. I’m back on my 3rd straight day of PE now and have gained everything back.

So, I guess my question is, can we have too much rest? Can doing a 10 minute clamp on rest days be beneficial for maintaining? What about a shortened pumping session? Or even minimized stretch routine? All day clamp, traction wrap, or ADS device? Is there anything that you do every day aside from supplements that assures you stay in growth or maintaining format?

I ask because I just finished my 3rd month on PE (modified newbie routine) and want to assure what I’ve gained isn’t lost when I have downtime so I’m not playing catch-up or wasting any time.

Some guys do fine with an every day routine.

You might lose and gain back 0.1 or 0.2” upon stopping or starting up PE. But all your gains beyond that are likely permanent. There are little ups and downs along the way, but the long term trend is bigger.

Personally I get fatigued if I try to do anything past a 2-on-1-off routine so I don’t think that every day would work well for me.

That said, there’s reports of all sorts of wild stuff working for people on here so I guess it boils down to finding what works best for you.

I just thought that possibly on off days, if you woke up with morning wood and clamped for 10 minutes, stretched for 5 or 10 minutes in the shower, or did a quick pumping session. Even if maybe you just wore a ring, an ADS device, or traction wrapped, then something was better than nothing if you could keep an engorged state or maximize the down time. Like I said, I know the purpose of rest, is just that. But was curious if anyone had utilized the down time to maximize gains with any results.

Rest periods are not necessary in the process of permanently stretching flesh. The medical procedures for tissue elongation keep the flesh in a constant state of elongation, often for months.

Rest periods may be necessary if there is an injury or some problem caused by too much stretch.

Some kind of passive PE is surely a great benefit.

Lately I’ve been namba coiling and holding the engorgement for a couple hours a day, sometimes more.

If you’re clamping on off days, I’d count that as an on day, a light day. That’s fine and it will carry over more of the fatigue to the next workout.

Certain styles of ADS are so gentle that you can wear them for hours per day and still be recovering from the last workout. Plain old cock coiling fills that role for me, an anti turtle device with no stretch or clamp effect. I technically count these as off days, with the understanding that it’s not quite true rest, and eventually I take a full rest decon break.

Other ADS is like a low intensity non stop workout that is definitely not rest at all.

PE’ing every day with a rest day here and there as needed - it’s for some and not for others.

I do it sometimes up to 2-3 weeks of it, then my cock is screaming at me to rest - let all the fluid drain, and let the tissues heal up, and just not be inflamed for a while. I could probably do well on a 1 day off per week schedule plus regular decons.

Great point. Orthodontics for example, somebody posted on Bib’s forum who worked in orthodontics and drew a lot of parallels between that and hanging. They have it down to an exact science, planning out what (very slow) rates they plan to elongate the dental ligaments, and calculating the force that will achieve that rate.

All of my hanging gains have come from Bib style routines of basically hanging as much of the day as possible for a month or two at a time.

Girth gains have not yielded (yet) to the same principle, but I know of guys who have done it. It’s in the balance and technique.

Swaffel has posted about Pacific Islanders who have gained presumably by ADS’ing only, as part of their normal daily attire.

Now that I’ve dialed in a good routine, I personally have my best EQ after PE days, not rest days. Ideally I would just not take any rest days, but I am lazy and work long hours some days so I just want to jerk off instead. Lol

While I think stretching on an off day isn’t a bad idea clamping on an off day is not an off day and may result in injury. I vary my routine depending on life at that moment and some weeks it’s 2 on 1 off some it’s 3 on 1 off and some it’s 5 on weekends off. After conditioning you need to find what works for you and let it ride. Personally I’ve done 7 days in a row and something always suffers from it, maybe not my EQ but my personal life or a combination of the two.

I began thinking this because I added O-Bends into my routine. They are only 10 second holds in Up, down, left, and right at base, mid section, and just below glans while kegeling blood in. I feel these would be ok to even do on rest days since they are done at 10% erection. They just stretch and pump fluid into my cock, then I hit a few light jelqs with each hand. I’ve been doing them with my routine after stretching. But, I could actually do them at any point during the day with a light stretch before hand. I feel as if fresh blood and a light stretch to healing tissues on off days could only maximize results. If the tissues are healing and you stretch them a bit further during that process along with adding fresh blood a few times a day through a stretch, O-Bend, ADS, or all day cock ring would keep blood pumping to the fresh tissues and maximize elongation while healing so they don’t heal in a shortened state. Maximizing the elongation would heal the tissues at that length, thus I feel maximizing the result of the PE prior to rest and during the healing phase. I’ve yet to buy any accessories for PE. But, when I started doing a traction wrap while fully erect and wearing that for most of the day After a PE session and on rest days, I got some very good gains in my short time doing PE. That’s what got my mind wondering and thinking my growth is best achieved while keeping it elongated and engorged during the rest periods.
