Every Day Routine/No Rest Days
So, we know Rest is crucial to gains and fighting against plateau. I take adequate rest days even though my on/off days aren’t set in stone (some times I do 2-1, 3-2, 2-3, 3-4 and all depending upon how I feel or how lazy I am lol). But, through my search, I haven’t seen much on guys doing well with gains when doing some form of PE every day for maintenance reasons. As an example, recently I took a week off and noticed I lost half of what I gained. After 3 straight days, I’m back to my gains. On my week off, I didn’t do anything at all, except one sexual encounter. I’m back on my 3rd straight day of PE now and have gained everything back.
So, I guess my question is, can we have too much rest? Can doing a 10 minute clamp on rest days be beneficial for maintaining? What about a shortened pumping session? Or even minimized stretch routine? All day clamp, traction wrap, or ADS device? Is there anything that you do every day aside from supplements that assures you stay in growth or maintaining format?
I ask because I just finished my 3rd month on PE (modified newbie routine) and want to assure what I’ve gained isn’t lost when I have downtime so I’m not playing catch-up or wasting any time.

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG
Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”
