My routine is 1 on 1 off, been working for over a month now. My flaccid is larger, along with my veins, erect is harder and made a little gain but my morning wood has dissapeared. I usually work out my penis at night, and I also masturbate late night about 2am. Could this have any effect?

Also how important is it to kegel whilst jelqing?

I do pretty much the exact same thing (PE late at night), but I do at least 3 days on and 1 off. Yes, I’ve noticed a lack of morning wood as well. I actually posted on this topic not too long ago but I don’t know how to add a link to a thread. Basically I’ve just been trying to kegel more and masturbate less. Had morning wood once last week but that was it. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Yes. From my experience abstaining masturbation doesn’t alter the likelihood of a waking stonker. If anything, after ejaculating chances are improved (though I do not know why this is).

I think morning wood is influenced by many factors. Take into account other variables like fitness, diet, exercise, and the general well being yin-yang Buddha within shit. AND the fact that you might’ve sported a stonker while you were sleeping in one of those ‘sleep stages’ or whatever.

How important is it too kegel when jelqing

Kegels are part of the routine, but do not have to be done when jelqing. You’re trying to maintain a certain level of erection (around 70%) and pumping more blood in may make it get harder.

It was always my understanding that morning wood came about due to needing a piss? That the erection stops you from pissing yourself during the night?
