Yes. From my experience abstaining masturbation doesn’t alter the likelihood of a waking stonker. If anything, after ejaculating chances are improved (though I do not know why this is).
I think morning wood is influenced by many factors. Take into account other variables like fitness, diet, exercise, and the general well being yin-yang Buddha within shit. AND the fact that you might’ve sported a stonker while you were sleeping in one of those ‘sleep stages’ or whatever.
