Congrats on this awesome community! Arrived here from Reddit through a member recommendation. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

So today I am:
- Length erect: 6.5-6.7” (16.5-17cm)
- Length flaccid: 3.9” (10cm)
- Girth erect: base 5.3” (13.5cm) and middle 4.9” (12.5cm)
- Girth flaccid: base 3.9” (10cm) and middle 3.7” (9.5cm)

I want to gain:
- Length erect: +0.3-0.5” (0.8-1.2cm)
- Length flaccid: +1.6” (4cm) +
- Girth erect: base +0.2” (0.5cm), middle +0.6” (1.5cm)
- Girth flaccid: base +1.2” (3cm), middle + 1.4” (3.5cm)

This would help me achieve my dream erect size of 7” x 5.5” (with flaccid being close to that)

Based on my objectives what would you recommend? (Don’t want to surpass them but want to achieve them as quick as possible)

Considerations:
- I have the next months by myself and can wear devices home but 4-6 months from now that could be much more difficult (moving in with a person)
- I almost don’t have free time but I can fit some workouts
- before knowing about this great community I explored by myself and ended up buying a Phallosan forte+ (vac extender) and a bathmate hidromax 7, budget is no issue for, didn’t used them it, I am scared to be honest
- did some jelqing 12 years ago (I am 35) but don’t even remember about it. Tried yesterday the Angion method, felt good.

Can you help me? Which devices, exercises and routines would be best for me?

Welcome to the community! I get the feeling you’re about to hear this numerous times. Start with the newbie routine here on Thunders. I just finished my third month of this routine and gained a little over 0.25” BPEL and the same in MSEG from basically only doing the newbie routine 2 days on and one day off for 3 months. I dabbled in a few other manuals along the way. There’s no short cuts with PE and it’s a marathon not a sprint (this is from reading different forums on Thunders for the past 3 months). If you don’t have the time to commit, it will be difficult to see noticeable gains and even worse could break your dick or toughen up tissues making gains almost impossible. Good luck on your journey!

Phallosan is tricky, no doubt. It’s a dynamic system and fixing problems with it is like trying to improve a golf swing—adjust one thing and it sets another variable out of whack.

But after a lot of trial and error, I made it work for me. You might keep it in the mix, especially with your six-month timeline.

Results will vary, of course, but here’s my experience: I started six months ago at BPEL 6.3” and MEG 5.8”. Since then I’ve gained .8” length. No change in girth, however, except perhaps an additional .2” BEG. (The way that the foam ring clamps the base explains this weird base-only gain effect, I think. I’ve read others reporting the same quirk.) I started at 6 hours/day, then 8 hrs; for the last two months it’s been 10 hrs/day, all at medium to high-green tension.

You’re 15 years younger than I am, so the odds are in your favor for better returns!

For me, the Phallosan device is a length-before-girth play. I’m planning to use it for another 3-6 months and then switch to the Newbie Routine to work on mid- and upper-shaft girth (as I’m too tapered for my liking.)

Phallosan and Bathmate are reputed to work well together, but I wouldn’t be able to explain why or how. If I were to use the BM before the Ph, I’d be too engorged to fit in the bell. So perhaps guys are using BM in the evening and then recovering overnight? Not sure I get it. Discussion strands on this topic can be found here and pegym.

The consensus here is to stick with that for at least 3 months before moving on to devices. You have very achievable goals, it’s possible you’ll reach them from the newbie routine alone if you haven’t done PE already.


Started (Dec 2017): 5.0 BPEL X 4.1 MSEG

Now (Feb 2024): 6.5 BPEL X 4.25 MSEG
