Additional exercise
Could anyone tell me if it is necessary to do additional stretches using tools, such as hanging, ADS or pumping for good gain? I just wonder if anyone has good gain with just manual exercise alone. Because I think I don’t really like hanging nor ADS as they take too much time. I can spend lots of time doing manual exercise because I enjoy doing them. I’ve been PEing for about 2 months, not very serious routine because I was on my holiday. But I’m now back on my routine. Over 2 months, I didn’t gain very much as I have just been jelqing. Could anyone with good gains advise routine for good gains?
