Hello everyone, do you know any exercises that work for the base of the penis? With jelqs I gained 0.5cm at the tip but nothing at the base, I have the shape of a baseball bat.

Sorry if I spelled it wrong but I don’t speak English.

I would look up “ between the cheeks” stretches. When I first started PE I had a bat shape also. That was 2 and half years ago. About a year and a half ago I started BTC stretches whenever I can, and now my base is .125” - .25” bigger than mid shaft.

I can’t be sure, because I do lot’s of different exercises. But, I attribute most of the base girth to the BTC stretches. Also, look up “Fowfers”, basically the same thing.

I would say try the stretching and or hanging first and later on if you need more, try pumping. If you want to try pumping either now or later come back for more info on selecting good equipment and proper cylinder size.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
