In my opinion my erections are currently very bad. I cannot kind of decide how long Id like to have a erection for. Sometimes I get an erection and a few seconds later my penis becomes flaccid. I do not think this is a healthy thing. Id really like it if someone can give me some advice on this. What can I do? What exercises? Where can I find more information regarding this?

If better erections is all you want hang some weights not high weights maybe only 1 kg max like extenders but take breaks like bodybuilding so even once a week is enough if your corpus spongiusum is lacking, stretch upwards to give that more of a stretch.I usually go hard until its hard for me to get an erection and then take the necessary break I’m usually good by the 3rd day and go back at it the 5th.Don’t go too heavy that way you keep your erection and wont have to deal with the psychological stress. so basically an extender no more than 4 hours a day. Try it for a month. And don’t masturbate so frequently once a week.That helps me
