Warm Up, Stretch -> In Shower
Hi, Most people like to warm up with wet towels etc… I’d like to get some suggestions in case the way I warm up its a fail one and there are negative sides to it.
I usually go to the gym then when I come back I do PE sessions.
I tend to take really hot showers, when I’m done cleaning myself I focus all the water on my dick. I don’t even warm up that much… because I feel that with all the hot water my dick is ready to go.
So after a bit of warming up, thats when I start doing stretches under the water as well.
Any thoughts on what I do? I’m yet to be a very consistent PE’er, I’m trying but time is an issue sometimes… anyways if my method is ok I’d like to keep on doing it, just posted it in case someone would say that I shouldn’t be doing it.
